Helping you be an Active Ostomate.
Music and movement are two proven ways to improve your physical and mental health. What happens if you combine the two? You get a fun-filled fitness experience that is sure to improve your body and mind!
The 4-week series will kick-off on Thursday 19th November from 19:00 to 19:30 and will have you dancing along to the best pop tracks from now right back to the ‘80s!
Join us for our new low impact, loads of fun dance fitness classes led by Jennifer Emery, founder of The Dance Club at Home, from the comfort of your own home.
These 30 minute classes focus on staying active, breaking a sweat, and having fun, all in a safe environment. Classes will be hosted via Zoom and are suitable for all levels – no equipment needed (except maybe a pair of trainers). We recommend that you wear a support belt or garment while taking part in these classes.

To sign up, just complete the registration form below. on receipt of your registration we will send you a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire which you will need to complete and return to us before the first session. The questionnaire is designed to determine your individual safety when starting a new exercise plan.

Jennifer Emery is a fitness and lifestyle transformation coach and founder of The Dance Club at Home. With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, she has dedicated her life to helping individuals break through to their best selves using the universal power of music, movement, and mindset. To date, Jennifer has led thousands of individuals of all abilities through sweaty, soulful dance fitness classes – an experience that is sure to result in a healthier, happier you.
