Community Support Administrator

Salary: £24,000 pro rata
Actual salary: £4,800
Hours: 7 hours per week
Contract: 6-month contract
Location: Remote
Closing date: 7 May 2026 at midnight

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Community Support Administrator to help deliver our community services.

This is a varied role where you’ll support events, workshops, volunteers and day-to-day administration, helping ensure our services run smoothly for people living with a stoma and those who support them.

You’ll work closely with our Community Engagement Lead and Support Team, managing bookings, communications and systems, while keeping everything organised and accessible.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised and able to manage a range of tasks with good attention to detail.

You’ll feel confident communicating with different people, from volunteers to event attendees, and be comfortable using a range of IT systems, or willing to learn quickly.

As this is a remote role, you’ll be able to work independently, manage your own time and take initiative when needed.

Experience in administration, events or community work would be beneficial, but most importantly you’ll bring a positive, flexible approach and a willingness to support wherever needed.
