Managing your stoma

With over 100 volunteers, all of whom are ostomates, there is always someone to talk to about the day-to-day issues of living with a stoma. Just call if you would like to chat to someone. Alternatively, if you prefer, then drop us an email.

Our booklet ‘Living with a stoma: Information for ostomates and their carers’ takes you from the early days after your operation, through to getting your life back on track. It includes advice on diet, sport and exercise.
