The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has published a new guidance document called “Supporting people with hidden disabilities at UK airports” which we are pleased to be part of.

Heathrow Airport are holding a number of Experience and Engage events to allow you to access information on the airports services for those with hidden conditions.

Spaces at these events are on a first come first served basis.
