Telephone Befriending Service
Our Telephone befriending service aims to support ostomates who may be experiencing loneliness or social isolation, by providing a weekly telephone call with one of our specially trained volunteers (all of whom are ostomates themselves), for a period of 8 weeks.
Due to high demand, our befriending service is currently operating a waiting list. We’re so pleased that many people are finding value in the support we offer, and we’re working hard to match individuals with the right volunteer befrienders as soon as possible.
