Living with a stoma can sometimes feel isolating, but you are not alone. Across the UK, there are many local colostomy and stoma support groups that welcome new members. These groups offer a safe and friendly space to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others who understand life with a stoma.
If you would prefer individual support, you can also talk to one of our trained volunteers. They may be local to you or based elsewhere in the country, but each has personal experience and can provide support on specific issues you may wish to discuss.
