Order a RADAR Key and ID Card
A set of two RADAR keys costs £3.50 and gives you access to over 9,000 accessible toilets across the UK. Toilets fitted with National Key Scheme locks can be found nationwide, including in shopping centres, pubs, cafés, department stores and many other public places.
You can also get a photo ID card from Colostomy UK for £5.50. This can be helpful if you need to use accessible facilities urgently, particularly if they aren’t part of the National Key Scheme.

Delivery costs:
Cost per item: £1 (will be added at checkout)
If ordering both a RADAR key and ID card, we often post these out separately so you receive the RADAR key quicker – a £2 postage charge will be added at checkout to cover this.
Dispatch time:
RADAR keys are normally dispatched within 5 working days and will only be sent to a UK address.
ID Cards are normally dispatched within 15 working days.
Proof of eligibility
In order to process your order for an ID card or Radar key you will need to upload proof of eligibility (a copy of your prescription or recent delivery note).
If ordering an ID card you will also need a passport photo.
