Emma Parker
Emma has wide and varied experience across both the corporate and non-profit sectors. For over 20 years she has worked in organisational change, combining business analysis and project delivery with a grounding in finance, marketing, HR, operations and customer service. She brings a deep understanding of organisational processes, digital systems, strategic management and people-centred change.
Emma currently works as a Project Delivery Manager at National Star, a specialist education and care charity for young people with complex disabilities, where she leads organisational improvement and change initiatives across people, processes and systems.
An advocate for person-centred care and disability rights, Emma also brings lived experience shaped by many years of serious ill health. After an emergency colostomy due to repeated bowel perforations, she has recently chosen to keep her stoma permanently.
Emma is excited to contribute her skills and experience to an organisation whose mission she believes in passionately.
