As our video explains, For 39 days between 1 September to 9 October we’re asking you to take on a challenge based around the numbers 39 (or 3 and 9). For example, it could be swimming 39 kilometres, 1k each day or a daily bike ride of 3.9 kilometres.
We recognise that not everyone can or wants to take on a physical challenge, so we have come up with a list of 39 diverse suggestions to inspire you to give our fundraiser a go. You can of course come up with your own idea or event. Our Activity guide which you can download here and at the bottom of the page includes 39 different ideas where you can get active, get creative, set up a social, or try a brain teaser to get involved.
You can undertake your challenge on your own or combine your efforts with others to form a team and reach your target together. Don’t forget to keep the FUN in your fundraising and do something that you are likely to enjoy! That way family and friends will feed off your enthusiasm and give their support.
